Return Policy
KidNme does extensive research and testing on everything we sell. If any part fails to do what we say it will, we will gladly accept your return and refund your purchase price minus a 20% handling fee to all registered members as long as it is done in 20 calendar days or less from the time you receive it. (Electrical parts are not included in our return policy) Please read conditions of return for specific instructions Conditions of RMA: You must first contact our tech support to evaluate your specific issue before obtaining an RMA. Many issues can be resolved without having to return your part. Be prepared to explain “why” the part didn’t do what you wanted. If after this evaluation you still want to return your part, we request that the part to be returned: 1) In the original packaging 2) In new or “near new” condition. 3) Parts must be packaged so there can be no chance of shipping damage (Similar to the way you got it) 4) Include the RMA number issued to you and 5) Include a copy of the original sales ticket in the box. Qualified returns will be credited the same way we received your payment and may take up to 3 weeks to be refunded.
